Remote Specification Manager - Northern UK & Ireland
Job summary
A leading entrance solutions provider is seeking a Specification Manager to oversee sales specifications across Northern England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will drive sales values, establish strong relationships with architects, and ensure alignment with the company’s business plan. Strong communication skills and experience in a technical sales environment are essential. This remote role requires proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM systems, along with a valid European Union Passport or unrestricted travel visa.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Sales and Specification.
- Possess a valid European Union Passport or visa for unrestricted travel.
- Good understanding of the UK Specification & Construction market.
Responsibilities
- Drive an increase in EQS specifications and sales values for the region.
- Develop meaningful relationships with Architects and Consultants.
- Deliver presentations and CPDs to Architects.
- Carry out site surveys to offer the best solution to clients.
- Gather market intelligence and share within the company.
- Meet or exceed KPIs set by the UK Specification & Marketing Director.
