You’ll be a technical leader who:

Responsibilities

• Sets the bar for engineering excellence and helps teams deliver customer value faster through modern principles and practices.
• Contributes to product and technical direction, identifying capability gaps and driving continuous improvement across a cross‑functional environment.
• Leads architectural and design discussions; audits codebases to maintain high standards across the business.
• Guides teams through growth phases and can act as incident coordinator when needed.
• Coaches and mentors engineers across disciplines, building strong relationships and clear communication channels.
• Lead large migration projects; proven ability to lead or facilitate application design at scale and make strategic code‑based decisions.
• Experience auditing and improving codebases, championing engineering standards and contributing to new ones.
• Expertise in distributed systems architecture and scaling real‑world products.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
