Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Estimator for a fully remote role in the UK. With a competitive salary range of £35,000 to £45,000, this position is ideal for candidates with experience in refurbishment and building projects. Responsibilities include producing cost estimates, preparing tender submissions, and supporting bid activities. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment with opportunities for career progression. Candidates must live within one hour of Warrington.

- Experience as an Estimator in refurbishment, remediation, or roofing projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Strong numerical and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate cost estimates for various projects.
- Complete detailed take-offs and Bills of Quantities.
- Negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare tender submissions and pricing documents.
- Maintain internal pricing libraries and cost histories.
