Job Title: Childcare Locum Solicitor
Location: South Yorkshire (Remote Working Available)
Rate: £40 - £50 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Length: 2 months initially, with the possibility of extension

This is a fantastic interim assignment offering remote working and a competitive hourly rate. The successful candidate will join a dedicated legal team and support with a busy caseload of childcare matters.

• Managing a varied caseload of childcare law matters.
• Preparing and conducting proceedings relating to care, adoption, and child protection.
• Advising social services and local authority stakeholders on legal issues.
• Delivering high-quality work to court deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong background in local authority childcare law.
• Excellent knowledge of public law children proceedings.
• The ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Immediate availability for locum/contract work.

• £40 - £50 per hour (via Umbrella payroll).
• Remote working flexibility.
• Initial 2-month contract with likely extension.
