Job summary
A fast-growing iGaming startup in the United Kingdom is looking for a Head of Affiliates to develop and execute an affiliate strategy while building the department from the ground up. You will manage budgets, attract partners, and optimize traffic to achieve targeted KPIs. Candidates should have 3+ years in affiliate marketing, with a focus on sweepstakes or social casinos. A competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth are offered, including performance-based bonuses.

- 3+ years in iGaming affiliate marketing, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Established network in the US sweepstakes market.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the affiliate strategy.
- Build the affiliate department from scratch.
- Attract and onboard affiliate partners and media buying teams.
- Manage budgets and performance tracking.
- Represent the company at industry events.
