Head of Affiliates (Sweepstakes сasino)

We are a fast-growing startup in the iGaming industry, preparing to launch a new sweepstakes casino brand for the US market in 2.5 months. Our product is fully compliant and operates within legal frameworks — no blocking or grey-zone risks. We’re assembling our core team, and this is a rare chance to join at the foundation stage and shape a new brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the affiliate strategy — define acquisition channels, traffic quality standards, and scaling roadmap.
  • Build the affiliate department from scratch, including recruiting and managing Affiliate Managers.
  • Attract and onboard affiliate partners, media buying teams, and arbitrage specialists to deliver targeted traffic according to set KPIs and caps.
  • Oversee all stages of traffic management — from test campaigns and monitoring to optimization and scaling.
  • Manage budgets and performance tracking, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI growth.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with affiliates, strengthening long-term partnerships and trust.
  • Monitor traffic quality and prevent fraud, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
  • Represent the company at iGaming and affiliate industry events, expanding the partner network.
  • Analyze results and provide strategic recommendations based on data and performance insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with sweepstakes or social casino projects.
  • 3+ years in iGaming affiliate marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team-building role.
  • Established network of affiliates or media buying teams in the US sweepstakes market — a major advantage.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, traffic analysis, and conversion optimization.
  • Confident in budget management, KPI planning, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven, and proactive approach.
