Job summary
A software solutions company is seeking a Software Engineer for a 6-month contract. The role involves developing applications with Node.js using Express, container orchestration with Kubernetes, and caching data in Redis. - Store session data in a Redis cache and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure service endpoints are protected by Keycloak.

- The app uses Node.js to run a Express routing and middleware with session data being stored in a Redis cache. It’s image is built and deployed using Docker, Kubernetes, and a Drone pipeline. The service endpoints are protected by Keycloak and ingress is controlled by an nginx container, all implemented via Kubernetes. Standards are maintained by SonarQube and ESLint. Tests are written in Mocha.
