Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Short-Term Rental industry.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles with retention responsibilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and de-escalate potential issues.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise property operators.
  • Build strong relationships translating customer objectives into measurable outcomes.
  • Drive engagement with challenging accounts.
