This role sits in our Unit4 ERP consultancy practice, founded 9 years ago, and which currently has 6 full time employees based across the US and UK. As a Premier Unit4 Partner, we work with Unit4 users throughout Canada, the US and the UK across the higher education, local government, and non-profit sectors. We deliver a range of services for our client base, including greenfield implementations, cloud migrations, upgrades, support, module implementations and improvements, and data migration and configuration work.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Unit4 Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Unit4 solutions for our clients. You will work on a variety of Unit4-related projects, including module implementations, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and system configuration. Your deep understanding of Unit4, coupled with your ability to work closely with clients, will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet their business needs.

• Unit4 Implementation: Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Unit4 ERP systems for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery. This includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring the system, conducting user training, and managing project timelines.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide expert‑level support for Unit4 systems, addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving bugs. Ensure ongoing system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Project Management: Manage multiple Unit4‑related projects concurrently, including module implementations, upgrades, and customizations. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop project plans, and deliver solutions that align with their business objectives.
• System Configuration: Configure Unit4 systems to meet specific client requirements, ensuring optimal system functionality and user experience. This includes setting up workflows, customizing modules, and integrating with other systems as needed.
• Troubleshooting & Bug Fixes: Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the Unit4 system, working to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure problems are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Client Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on best practices and strategies for optimizing their Unit4 systems. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in Unit4 and related technologies. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our consulting practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and clients.

• Proven experience in either Unit4 ERP implementation or support and project work.
• In‑depth knowledge of Unit4 ERP systems, including module configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and self‑motivated approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
• Relevant certifications in Unit4 or related technologies are a plus.
