A professional services firm in the UK seeks a claims technician to provide essential technical support to SME brokers and their clients. This role is ideal for someone with experience in resolving claims in the commercial sector who prefers limited travel and flexible working options. ACILA qualification is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
Qualifications
- Experience in resolving claims within the commercial sector.
- Confidence in developing rapport with brokers and adjusters.
- Technically capable without the need to travel frequently.

- Provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and clients across the UK.

Formation
Working from a home base you give technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK principally across the Commercial sector, but excluding motor. This role would suit someone who is experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, but who prefers not to travel much or prepare reports. Need to be confident and able to develop a rapport with brokers and adjusters.
- ACILA qualified, but candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience and are working towards this qualification will also be considered.
- Ability to develop rapport with brokers and adjusters; confident and technically capable in resolving claims.
- Part-time or flexible working may be suitable.
