A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Project Support Officer to assist in delivering the Perinatal Pelvic Health Service. This fully remote role involves administrative support, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare environments and adhere to data protection standards, contributing to successful project outcomes.
An exciting opportunity to join the Black Country Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) as a Project Support Officer, supporting the implementation and delivery of the Perinatal Pelvic Health Service (PPHS). This role is hosted by The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust as part of the LMNS programme.
The Perinatal Pelvic Health Service is a key initiative within the NHS Long-Term Plan, focused on improving the prevention, identification, and treatment of pelvic health issues during pregnancy and after birth. As Project Support Officer, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support across the Black Country region.
This role is fully remote, and the postholder will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.
As part of the ongoing development of the service, a Single Point of Access (SPA) is being established to improve how patients access support. As this element is implemented, the duties of the role may evolve to include direct communication with patients, either via email or telephone, in relation to self-referrals and service queries.
The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is one of the largest NHS trusts in the West Midlands providing primary, acute and community services. We are incredibly proud of the diversity of both our staff and the communities we serve. We are building a workforce that can help us to fulfil our values, improve the quality of care for patients, and solve the health care problems of tomorrow. We are committed to diversity of thinking and lived experience as we strive to become a learning organisation and leader in delivering compassionate care for our patients.
We are delighted to have been rated as Good by CQC and have achieved awards including The Nursing Times Best Diversity and Inclusion Practice and Best UK Employer of the Year for Nursing Staff in 2020.
The Trust is a supportive working environment committed to creating flexible working arrangements and will consider all requests from applicants who wish to work flexibly.
