Job summary
A healthcare provider is seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the United Kingdom. This full-time role involves delivering telehealth counseling, guiding therapists-in-training, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in Counseling, an active Maryland LCPC license, and experience supervising clinicians. Education
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland
This LCPC role centers on delivering structured counseling services while guiding therapists-in-training. You will focus on evidence-based interventions, case review, and maintaining consistent treatment standards across a virtual care team.
- Provide telehealth counseling services to assigned clients
- Support and supervise associate-level counselors
- Review treatment plans and clinical notes
- Ensure counseling services meet Maryland regulations
- Participate in clinical reviews and consultations
- Active Maryland LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
- Knowledge of evidence-based counseling approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2 weeks PTO
