The Borgen Project believes that leaders of the most powerful nations on earth should be doing more to address global poverty. The national campaign is working to make poverty a focus of U.S. and U.K. foreign policy.

The Borgen Project is an international organization that works at the political level to improve living conditions for people impacted by war, famine, and poverty. With 20 years of experience in advocacy, The Borgen Project has supported the passage of numerous bills benefiting close to 500 million people in developing countries.

This role focuses on content creation for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog. It is a part-time, unpaid, remote program of 12 hours per week for 12 weeks. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead and complete the program in fewer weeks.

1. Article writing
2. Researching topics
3. Assisting with advocacy efforts
4. Assisting with fundraising, including creating personal campaigns and meeting targets

No prior experience is necessary. We are looking for individuals passionate about fighting poverty and advocating for change, regardless of GPA or background.

This is an unpaid program, although college credit may be available.

New programs begin every month. You may choose your preferred start month.
