Seeking an Interim HR/Benefits Project Manager to join them initially on a 6 month fixed term basis. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a diverse, international team.
Your new role
As an HR/Benefits Project Manager, you will lead the setup of benefits programs and supporting technology for a new European office. This includes designing and implementing benefits infrastructure, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You'll also support broader compensation initiatives and lead cross-functional HR projects across the region.
