A leading professional services consultancy, renowned for its expertise in cloud based business transformation, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Workday HCM Consultant to join their Powered Enterprise practice.

As an Assistant Manager - Workday HCM Consultant, you will:
• Lead workshops and drive requirements gathering with HR and IT stakeholders.
• Design and configure Workday Core HCM modules, ensuring solutions align with both industry standards and client needs.
• Manage offshore consultants through configuration, testing and go live of HCM workstreams.
• Produce key deliverables—business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases and traceability matrices.
• Partner with client teams to steer change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to proposals by providing functional expertise and solution design input.
The ideal Assistant Manager - Workday HCM Consultant will have:
• Workday Core HCM certification and at least one full cycle HCM implementation under your belt.
• Proven experience leading end to end delivery of Workday HCM workstreams, including offshore team management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Additional certifications (Absence, Learning, Payroll, Talent) or mentoring experience are desirable.
