We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team at the Supported Living service. We have a variety of contracted posts within Wakefield and the surrounding areas.
Due to the nature of the role, support workers are required to have a flexible approach to cover duty rota as necessary. A typical rota includes early shifts, late shifts, and you must be willing to work evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, and sleep-in shifts. Enhancements are paid on top of the basic salary, and additional hours/overtime may also be available beyond the contracted hours.
