As the newest member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy’ and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. Please note the final recruitment stage will be an in-person group assessment in mid-late July 2025.

This programme offers a fast-track, hands-on experience rotating through core departments, with performance reviews at each stage to develop your skills and support your growth beyond 12 months. It’s ideal for motivated self-starters eager to support business functions, meet targets, and bring innovative ideas.

You will experience the following core functions, subject to business needs:

• Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
• Delivery: Assisting with vehicle collection to ensure customer satisfaction
• Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
• Virtual Prep: Assisting customers before service visits, diagnosing faults, and educating customers
• Service: Learning basic vehicle repairs
• Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
• Elective Rotation: Tailored to your potential future role post-programme

Post-programme, based on performance, you may have opportunities to advance your career within Tesla, applying for full-time roles aligned with your strengths and aspirations.

• Full UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year by start date
• Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, multi-departmental programme
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with confidentiality awareness
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to represent Tesla positively
• Willingness to travel between locations and events
• Not in full-time education at programme start (gap year students not eligible)
