As a Customer Experience Specialist, Tesla Direct at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, delivering vehicles directly to our customers' home or work addresses. You are part of a larger sales, service and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all operations. What You'll Do

  • Deliver vehicles to customers' home or work addresses, providing a professional and positive handover experience.
  • Ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicles by explaining features, functions, and benefits.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
  • Act as a chaser to pick up other customer experience specialists, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
  • Manage delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and delivery teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
