We'll do everything possible to help you feel respected, valued and included. You'll have opportunities to learn, grow and gain new experiences to support your career, with access to lifelong learning and professional development. We actively promote flexible working and understand how important work life balance is, especially in healthcare. Whether it's part time hours, hybrid working or flexible start and finish times, we'll explore what works for you and the role. We recognise that AI is becoming part of daily life and you may choose to use it to help prepare your application. We welcome innovation but ask that anything you submit reflects your own abilities, experience and voice. AI can support how you describe your skills and experience, but it should never replace your own words as we want to get to know you. We're shaping a workplace where ideas are encouraged, technology supports you and everyone has a voice in how we improve. If that sounds like the kind of organisation you want to be part of, we'd love to hear from you. An opportunity has arisen in the North West Sussex CAMHS team based in Horsham for a community mental health nurse. The role will form part of a well established multi-disciplinary team within which is a small team of nurses. You will further be involved in the collaborative formulation of cases and identifying the most appropriate care and treatment. A key feature of the post is the lead practitioner role which involves the care coordination for children where there is a high level of risk and complex multiagency networks. The post holder will participate in team and service networks such as reflective practice and diversity dialogue sessions and professional specific forums such as the nurses supervision and CDP groups. You can expect high quality supervision both clinical and management and a yearly appraisal that accurately reflects your professional development needs. Working for our organisation Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust offers its colleagues a sophisticated package of supervision and CPD opportunities. The CHYPS directorate in particular is keen to involve all its members in an evolving and responsive development to their services in response to changes in local needs and there are many opportunities to become involved in particular areas of interest.
