• Demonstrate good communication skills and understanding of basic requirements for individualized patient care

• Care Certificate or willingness to work towards

• Mandatory updates and customer care courses

• Previous customer care experience and life skills.
• Previous NHS experience in an outpatient setting

• Regular attendee, able to work flexibly within working hours of department.
