A leading healthcare provider in St Albans seeks an experienced Radiographer in CT and/or MRI. The role requires participation in a 7-day working rota, mentoring staff, and maintaining quality assurance records. We are seeking an experienced Radiographer in CT and/or MRI to join our dedicated team at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals Trust. Our Radiology Service is expanding and the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) will offer enhanced services to patients. The post holder will participate in our 7‑day working rota, featuring long shifts that provide ample time off during the week. You will primarily be based at St Albans City Hospital, with flexibility to work at other locations, including Hemel Hempstead Hospital and Watford General Hospital. The development of the CDC, equipped with modern CT and MRI scanners, will enhance service quality for patients by increasing scanning capacity and reducing referral‑to‑treatment times.
Position is ideal for current Band 5 and 6 Radiographers with CT and/or MRI experience who want to expand their skills and become part of our established team. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator who shares our Trust values.
