Shift patterns will be variable.

We are seeking a Chef who can:

• Contribute to menu development.
• Prepare, cook, and present a wide range of fresh and pre-prepared food to a high standard.
• Achieve unit financial targets through effective food ordering, minimizing wastage, following recipes, and upselling to customers.
• Adhere to all company and legislative paperwork and procedures.
• Support the Unit Manager in training team members and conducting audits or stock takes.
• Assist with special events and theme days.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Prioritize food safety and health and safety standards.
• Be eager to learn and work as part of a dynamic team.
• Follow instructions but also make independent decisions for customer benefit.
