Role Overview

As the key point of contact for the client, you will ensure quality and service standards are maintained across the national business. Your role involves managing, developing, and inspiring General Managers and their teams to deliver excellent customer experiences with strong commercial results. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and project management experience, especially in leading future investment plans and delivery.
