Job description

As a Line Leader in our Production team, you’ll oversee a specific area of our operation, driving standards to ensure consistent delivery. You’ll provide tools and training to help colleagues understand key working methods and site processes.
Listening to colleagues is important, and you’ll take action to resolve issues and improve processes whenever possible. Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams, you will aim to deliver improvements that streamline our work.
