GSL Education are seeking a dedicatedTeaching Assistantto provide support across different schools throughoutDinnington.

In this role, you will be supporting pupils with their learning and development, both in the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings. You will work alongside teachers to create a positive, inclusive learning environment that helps children achieve their potential.

As aTeaching Assistant, yourresponsibilitieswill be:

• Support pupils’ learning across key stages.
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging classroom activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed.
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation in lessons.
• Help prepare learning resources and maintain a stimulating environment.
• Promote pupils’ academic, social, and emotional progress.

Skills & RequirementsforTeaching Assistant:

• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance, or equivalent qualification (desirable).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and flexible attitude to supporting learning.
• A genuine passion for education and child development.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
