As aSEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the school’sSEND provision, working with students with a variety of special educational needs.
• Provide1:1 supportto students who require personalized assistance.
• Work flexibly acrossKey Stages 1 and 2as needed.
• Engage students by promoting theirsocial, emotional, and academic development.

• Pathway to a Permanent Contract: Long-term potential with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
• Professional Development: OngoingCPD trainingprovided to enhance your skills.

• Previous experience working withSEN studentsis essential.
• A strong understanding ofSEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.
• A passion for working with children with special educational needs and a flexible, patient approach.
• The ability to work with children who may behyperactiveand exhibitchallenging behavior.
