Person Specification

• Must have a 1st Class or 2:1 degree in the relevant subjects from a reputable university.
• Good A‑levels and GCSEs across the board.
• Must be confident in your ability and knowledge of the KS3 & KS4 curriculum content.
• You must be able to engage and motivate the students.
• Commitment and ambition to succeed are key throughout.
