A Digital Media Company is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in London, UK. As they embark on a new phase of integrating data and technology to enhance customer outcomes, your expertise will be pivotal in driving our product development initiatives. You will be responsible for designing user-centric wireframes, page layouts, and user flows that enhance engagement and drive conversions. By leveraging interactive prototypes and data insights, you will iterate on design decisions to improve performance. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in usability testing to validate design assumptions.

Skills:

• Strong experience in UI/UX design, especially with media or content-heavy websites
• Solid portfolio showcasing wireframes and conversion-focused designs
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Understanding of AI-optimised design
• Strategic thinking about user journeys and conversion paths
• Knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility best practices
• Comfort with performance data analysis (e.g., bounce rates, conversion funnels)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented approach
• A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization experience (nice to have)
