Job Title: Engineering Manager - 4 – 7L Platform

Location: Peterborough, UK

Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD) designs, tests, and manufactures 0.5 to 18L Cat and Perkins engines powering over 5000 applications including Marine, Petroleum, Industrial Applications, Electric Generators, and Locomotives. The company's strategy includes sustainability as a focus, with IPSD actively preparing green energy solutions for the future.

In this role, you are accountable for all engineering aspects of the product lifecycle on our 4 - 7L Evolution engines. You will act as the link between Product Management and the engineering organization, leading a large indirect engineering team to deliver and maintain class-leading engines and power systems across various market segments. The role involves meeting current challenges and preparing for future opportunities.

Regular travel is not required, but you will support the global development team and manufacturing base, engaging with key suppliers and customers as needed.
