A leading insurance services provider in the Lincoln area seeks an experienced Insurance Broker to manage client communications and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in Commercial Insurance, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a team. This position offers a competitive salary up to £35k and flexible work arrangements, including 2 days working from home.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Insurance Broker or Commercial Account Handler role dealing with Commercial Insurance business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles.
Responsabilités
- Manage inbound / outbound communication from Clients.
- Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the team to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members.
