A leading national organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support multiple sites across the Midlands. The role offers a competitive salary between £40,000 - £50,000, a car allowance or company car, and enhanced pension and life assurance. The ideal candidate has a strong generalist HR background and proven experience in managing employee relations in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for hybrid working is included.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
Benefits: £5,000 car allowance or company car, enhanced pension, life assurance, and additional benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Midlands-based (covering sites across the East Midlands, Milton Keynes, and occasionally the North West)
Hybrid Working: Approx. 2 days per week from home
