A leading offshore wind manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations. The role requires substantial experience in production management, specifically within a heavy welding and fabrication environment, and expertise in offshore wind. Responsibilities include optimizing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and leading initiatives for continuous improvement. The position offers an estimated salary of £49,889, a car allowance, and a suite of benefits including private medical insurance and annual leave.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. To be successful, you will have a proven track record of operational leadership gained in a heavy welding and fabrication environment and ideally have an excellent knowledge of offshore wind, large structural assemblies, roll or press bending, and SAW welding.
£49,889 per year (estimated), permanent role. In return, we offer an attractive base salary, car allowance, private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution, and Medicash.
