Job summary
A leading recruitment company in Bristol is seeking an experienced HR Shared Service Manager to establish and enhance HR services across the organization. This full-time role involves overseeing HR operations, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience in HR services and a focus on customer satisfaction. The position offers a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, including generous pension and holiday allowances, and various discounts.

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and legislation.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the HR Shared Services Centre.
- Manage performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and screening.
- Coach and develop a team of HR Shared Services Assistants.
- Build relationships with managers and stakeholders.
- Optimize HR operational processes and use HR systems.
- Contribute insights to the senior leadership team.
