A leading firm in the Legal sector is seeking a People and Culture Advisor to join their HR department on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves overseeing onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' HR experience, ideally be CIPD qualified, and have strong knowledge of UK employment law.
