Montcalm East is seeking a dedicated Night Cleaner to ensure our facilities are clean, presentable, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a passion for luxury standards, and the ability to work in a diverse team. • Greet guests warmly with a smile.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and meeting rooms.
• Polish surfaces, mirrors, windows, and floors, ensuring they are dust-free and spotless.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and maintain various surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure all furniture and fixtures are in excellent condition.
• Provide courteous service and respond to guest inquiries positively.
• Address guest requests related to cleanliness promptly.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Refill bathroom amenities as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Report damages, hazards, or safety issues immediately.
• Record cleaning activities and report unusual occurrences.
• Follow health and safety regulations, handle chemicals safely, and maintain equipment.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special tasks as assigned.
• Participate in hotel-wide cleaning initiatives and training sessions.
• Hand in any lost property to the supervisor.
• Coordinate efforts with the housekeeping team and other departments.
