A leading logistics provider is seeking flexible LGV Class 1 Drivers willing to relocate for a minimum of 6 weeks. As a driver, your role includes trunking mail and parcels around the Royal Mail network to tight schedules while ensuring safety. Competitive pay rates range from £20.82 - £26.95 per hour, with additional benefits such as paid hotel accommodation and subsistence payments. Applicants must have a current CPC, valid digital tachograph card, and a full UK driving license. Project duration is from 10th November to 4th January.
Pertemps are working in partnership with Royal Mail to recruit flexible, professional LGV C+E drivers who are willing to relocate for a minimum of 6 weeks to help deliver the forthcoming busy Christmas period.
LGV Class 1 Drivers will be required to trunk both mail and parcels around the Royal Mail network. You will be working to tight schedules, with measured and monitored running times whilst maintaining the highest levels of safety throughout.
This is a vital role within Royal Mail and all Drivers are required to be flexible to work all requested shifts within contract duration.
The project starts from 10th November 2025 running through until 4th January 2026.
Project start dates for HGV / LGV / Class 1 Drivers is Monday 10th November (to be in residence in your assigned accommodation / hotel Sunday 9th November for introductions and briefing).
