As Bid Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping compelling, high‑quality tenders, bringing together insights from subject matter experts, translating them into clear, engaging narratives, and ensuring a consistent, client‑focused style throughout. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to elevate a bid function within a worldwide leading business, working closely with senior sales leaders and collaborating alongside a skilled bid professional.

• Bid Management
• Solution Design / Management (Co‑design with the Business Development Directors/Managers and our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs))
• Bid writing and management to ensure final documents look outstanding
• Project management of special projects relating to a bid (e.g. website / video creation)
• Some client engagement (although primarily a “back of house” role)

• Proven Bid Manager / Bid Writer experience
• Background in Facilities Management
• Strong bid management and writing ability
• Willing to travel to either London or Manchester once or twice a month
