Home Based – Willing to travel to the London or Manchester office once or twice a month.

£50,000 – £55,000 Basic + 15% Bonus (OTE £63k) + Health Insurance + Pension + Other Benefits.

You’ll step into a Bid Manager role that blends creativity with structure, working in a small, collaborative team that takes real ownership of crafting first‑class bids. As Bid Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping compelling, high‑quality tenders, bringing together insights from subject matter experts, translating them into clear, engaging narratives, and ensuring a consistent, client‑focused style throughout. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to elevate a bid function within a worldwide leading business, working closely with senior sales leaders and collaborating alongside a skilled bid professional.

Key Duties
  • Bid Management
  • Solution Design / Management (Co‑design with the Business Development Directors/Managers and our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs))
  • Bid writing and management to ensure final documents look outstanding
  • Project management of special projects relating to a bid (e.g. website / video creation)
  • Some client engagement (although primarily a “back of house” role)
Experience Required
  • Proven Bid Manager / Bid Writer experience
  • Background in Facilities Management
  • Strong bid management and writing ability
  • Willing to travel to either London or Manchester once or twice a month
