- Support high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including covering classes during teacher absence.
- Deliver engaging small-group interventions and targeted booster sessions to help pupils achieve key learning outcomes.
- Work closely with class teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver structured learning activities.
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils who require additional help, including children with SEN or EAL.
- Contribute to assessments, track pupil progress, and assist with maintaining an organised and effective classroom environment.
