- Several years post-qualification experience in finance.
- Experience in a multi-site, contract-based, or operationally focused organisation.
- Experience in managing and coaching finance professionals.
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.
- Ownership of monthly P&L reporting.
- Partner with Operational teams to validate month-end transactions.
- Provide monthly performance analysis to Operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
