Responsibilities

  • Implement the strategies of the initiative as identified by the Board.
  • Attend and clerk meetings of the Board.
  • Promote the organisation and develop relationships with the community.
  • Ensure continuous strategic planning and Board involvement in decision-making.
  • Secure funding and implement relevant projects.
  • Establish financial systems and controls.
  • Lead staff with delegated supervisory responsibilities.
  • Develop training programs for staff and members.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and develop related policies.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Board.
