Qualifications

• Several years post-qualification experience in finance.
• Experience in a multi-site, contract-based, or operationally focused organisation.
• Experience in managing and coaching finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.
• Ownership of monthly P&L reporting.
• Partner with Operational teams to validate month-end transactions.
• Provide monthly performance analysis to Operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Skills

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Finance Business Partnering experience

Strong leadership skills

Month-end reporting experience

Budgeting and forecasting experience

Understanding of financial controls

Ability to train non-financial colleagues
