Salary: £49,767 per annum + generous benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a nationally recognised facilities maintenance provider, working across multiple retail and supermarket sites in the South West London area.

Time-and-a-half overtime (earn an average of £12,000+ per year)
Annual bonus (4%) – based on target achievement
Smartphone, tools, uniform, and PPE provided
On-call rota: 1 in 4
Structured training through a dedicated technical academy
Perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems across supermarket and retail stores
Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure systems operate at peak performance
Accurately diagnose issues and complete jobs within allocated timeframes
Maintain detailed records of work using a company-issued device
Travel daily across South West London and the wider region as a mobile refrigeration engineer
Full UK driving licence
Understanding of health and safety procedures
Strong communication skills and reliability
Desirable (training can be provided):
Experience working in supermarket maintenance jobs
