Job Overview

We're currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our business as an integral part of the club team providing a first-class service to our Clubs. Reporting into the Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for the condition of the clubs, internally and externally, including all equipment, plant, materials, fixtures, fittings and finishes, and maintained to the highest standards at all times.

We are looking for an experienced Facilities/Maintenance Engineer who has previous experience of the following:

• Planned & scheduled daily, weekly and monthly routine and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure fully operational facilities and high standards of finish and condition at all times
• A sound understanding of: Electricity at Work and Health / Safety at Work regulations & best practice;
• Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems -HVAC;
• Computer literate, preferably with some experience of planned maintenance systems;
• Proven practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance;
• Proven practical experience and knowledge of electrical systems both single and three phase;
• Working with external contractors/suppliers.

Additional Information

Whilst you will be based in one particular club for this role, there will be an expectation for you to travel between clubs depending on operational needs. You will also be part of a weekend rota for any out-of-hours work required, but this won't be every weekend.
