A leading adventure and lifestyle experience operator is searching for an Operational General Manager to oversee multi-site operations across their watersports and entertainment centres. This hands-on role requires a leader with 10–15+ years of experience in hospitality or tourism, strong P&L management skills, and the ability to inspire diverse teams. Responsibilities include driving operational consistency, financial performance, and identifying new growth opportunities.
