Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a PMC to manage engineering contractors for a major Oil and Gas project based in Seoul, South Korea. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. The candidate must have a strong understanding of international codes and standards, and must be fluent in English. Responsibilities include optimizing project design and managing the project schedule.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering contractor on behalf of the client.
- Ensure optimization of project design to reduce costs.

Education
Access Talent Group are supporting the largest Oil and Gas operator in the world on a new mega project, based in Seoul, South Korea on a contract basis, with a project value of $8 billion.
Working hours: BST 8:00 - 18:00 (Mon/Thu); 8:00 - 16:00 (Fri).
In this role you will be working as a PMC leading and managing the engineering contractor on behalf of the client for your given discipline. You will be responsible for:
- The Scope of Work
- The International applicable standards
- The Quality of the Engineering Design
- Optimization of Project Design to optimize the Operational cost & Maintenance cost
- The Appropriate equipment manufacturing
- The Project Engineering and Purchasing Schedule
- Minimum 15 years of experience on Oil and Gas projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Strong understanding of international codes and standards
- Fluent in English, speaking, reading and writing.
