About the job
As Plant Manager you will be in charge of the Seasonal Plant Area of the Garden Centre which includes planning and supervising staff in the daily running of the plant area. Making sure that all the stock is clearly on show with pricing, mixed with replenishment and merchandising. You will also be in charge of developing your team, ensuring they offer the best customer service.
Ideal candidate
For this role and our company, you need to be friendly with an engaging personality while having a genuine love for retail and customer service. To be in the plant area you need to share that love for retail with a passion for plants, plant knowledge is an absolute must in this role as you will be passing this on to customers and colleagues.
