Job Title: Product Co-Ordinator

Location: Welwyn Garden City (Full-time onsite)

Contract: Rolling 12-month contract

Start Date: 5th January 2026

Pay Rate: £13.36 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (half-hour lunch)

Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Product Co-Ordinator to join their vibrant team and help support the smooth running of Customer Tasting Hubs and related projects.

About the Role

As a Product Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Customer Tasting Hubs located in Welwyn Garden City, Sandhurst, and Perth. This multifaceted position combines administrative expertise, project coordination, and a touch of culinary flair. Your proactive approach and strong organisational skills will be essential in this dynamic role!

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support for Customer Tasting Hubs.
  • Assist with panellist duties, including training, screening, and session support.
  • Manage scheduling, create tests, check results, and maintain weekly plans.
  • Support recruitment for panel team roles (Cooks, Kitchen Assistants, Panel Leaders).
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies regarding product issues and operational needs.
  • Assist with research projects, exploring alternative methodologies, and preparing training packs for graduates and other teams.
  • Project manage initiatives related to panels and tasting hubs.
  • Help prepare for food-related research and training sessions (e.g., new foodie trends).
What We're Looking For
  • Strong administration and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good organisation and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles.
  • An interest in food or food-related projects is ideal but not essential.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to Sandhurst and Perth (car preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in training or team leadership is desirable but not essential.
Additional Information

Working Pattern: Full-time onsite at Welwyn Garden City.

Travel: Occasional travel to Sandhurst and periodic travel to Perth with the manager (flights arranged).

Team Size: Approx. 8 direct team members, 15 in the wider shared environment.

Interview Format: Face-to-face at Welwyn Garden City during the first two weeks of December.
