A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Onboarding Administrator in Welwyn Garden City. You will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, manage compliance standards, and support a high-volume recruitment function. Ideal candidates bring strong organisational skills and experience in recruitment or HR. This hybrid role requires two days in the office per week, providing a temp to perm opportunity with a salary of up to £40,000.
Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience supporting the recruitment and onboarding process? We’re recruiting for a Senior Onboarding Administrator to join a well-established organisation on a hybrid basis in Welwyn Garden City.
This is a key role within the onboarding function, suitable for someone who brings strong compliance experience, confidence managing high-volume recruitment activity, and the potential to step into a team leader position.
As the Senior Onboarding Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all new starters experience a smooth and efficient onboarding process. Acting as a point of knowledge for colleagues across the business and within the onboarding team, you’ll provide guidance, resolve queries, and drive best practice across all compliance and onboarding activity.
You will support the internal recruitment function while managing a high-volume caseload of new hires, particularly within a highly regulated 0-hour temporary workforce. You will also assist with process improvements, maintaining high compliance standards, and supporting junior members of the team.
