Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Fork Lift Driver/Intake Operative to work on the outskirts of Norwich. The ideal candidate will operate food production machinery and ensure the efficient movement of ingredients. A valid Counterbalance Fork Lift Licence is essential. This role offers 28 holiday days, weekly pay, and dedicated support for applicants.

- Provide first level fault diagnosis and problem-solving.
- Report servicing requirements as appropriate.
- Move ingredients using a fork lift.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Skills
Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for a Fork Lift Driver/Intake Operative based in the outskirts of Norwich. Own transport is preferred but factory is accessible via train route from Norwich station.
Note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK at the time of application.
- Operating food production machinery efficiently.
- Providing first level fault diagnosis, analysis and problem solving, and taking responsibility for solutions.
- Report servicing requirements as appropriate, and strictly adhere to all production procedures, whilst playing an active part in site hygiene.
- Fork lift duties will include moving ingredients from outside to the production area, so the product can be produced.
- Any other duties as required.
- Monday to Thursday
- Weekly rotational shifts
- Days: 07:00 - 19:00
- Nights: 19:00 - 07:00
- A valid Counterbalance Fork Lift Licence is essential.
- 28 holiday days accrued for full time workers
- Weekly pay every Friday straight into your bank account
