Job description Shakespeare Martineau are looking to add a fantastic Site Set Up Executive (Technical Conveyancing Executive) to join their expanding Social Housing Sales team. Our Social Housing Sales team is one of the largest in the Midlands specialising in all aspects of property acquisition and disposal for more than 60 Registered Providers across the country. We lead our competitors in the delivery of extra care housing for people over the age of 55. In the last 12 months we have disposed of more than 250 void residential dwellings, 450 extra care properties and 300 shared ownership units.
Working as part of our thriving and collaborative Social Housing team, you will work closely with a talented team in a busy and fact‑moving environment, predominantly in the sales of affordable homes and provide high quality services to a varied portfolio of clients. You can enjoy knowing that your role working with charity housing providers can make a real difference. This role would suit someone who enjoys client contact and works well under pressure; you will have exposure to hands‑on experience from day one.
You will play a key role in the team focussing on site set up, providing technical support for the wider team and you will work alongside other technical experts who are well respected in housing law. You will act for a range of clients including housing associations, real estate developers and investors in property.
