They are looking for a senior production manager who pays the utmost attention to detail to every task in hand, not just meeting but exceeding all customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the client’s production policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Schedule and ensure proper utilisation of facilities and personnel for production.
• Work closely with the managing director to ensure expectations are met on timeliness, quality, and profitability, safeguarding the reputation of the client.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the production process.
• Adopt best practices in all areas to drive efficiency with a long‑term vision.
• Initiate production improvement plans and processes to minimise costs through effective utilisation of manpower, equipment, facilities and materials.
• Lead the department, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and be a positive team player.
• Nurture and support the team.
• Develop new production technologies and keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry.
